Listing, Searching and Managing Web Hosting Orders

In order to manage your Web Hosting Orders, you need to search for them from within your Control Panel with <%SFNB_RESE123LLER_BRA123ND_NAME%>, and access their Order Information view.

To List/Search and Manage Web Hosting Orders

1. Login to your Control Panel<#start reseller#>:

   For Resellers: [fn]Reseller Control Panel Login[/fn]

   For Customers:<#end reseller#> [fn]Customer Control Panel Login[/fn]

2. Next, click <#start reseller#>

   For Resellers: Products -> List All Orders.

   For Customers:<#end reseller#> Manage Orders -> List/Search Orders.

3. Search for the Web Hosting Order(s) by selecting Web Services under the For Product drop-down menu.

   For Resellers: You may search for Orders belonging to your Sub-Resellers by selecting the Include Sub-Reseller's results check box.

4. On the next page, you would see a list of Web Services Orders bought through <%SFNB_RESE123LLER_BRA123ND_NAME%>. Click any domain name associated with a Web Hosting Order to reach its Overview.

5. Click the Web Hosting tab to reach the Order Information view, from where you can perform any modifications to the Order.
